What is Calorifier?

A calorifier is an indirect-fire water heater that produces hot water for use in heating and hot water systems. The term “indirect fired” means that the water heater will not have a burner. It is merely a storage water cylinder with one or more heat exchanger coils that are filled with hot fluids (solar fluid or water).
